Janna emailed to say that they arrived safely in Dublin and were getting ready to go on a tour of Trinity College. I had a little trouble falling asleep last night thinking about our baby flying over the Atlantic, but eventually was able to sleep through the night. When there are pauses in my day or night, I pray and think of the wonderful adventure that Janna is having - very calming. I recall a phrase she uses with a smile - "at least I am not *running with the bulls in Spain." To fall asleep, I pray, count blessings, and then count backwards from 100.
I love getting updates from her.
*Zane ran with the bulls in Spain on his study abroad adventure in the summer of 2006.
Tim and I have four wonderful adult children now. Quinn age 24, his lovely wife Erica, Zane nearly age 23, and Janna age 19.
